Can't resist posting a photograph of my second tart (recipe courtesy of the Red Kitchen), a peach one this time and I didn't even burn it!

Gorgeous! Is that a baked custard of sorts underneath the peaches?

Yes, it has a baked custard beneath of 5 eggs, 1/2 cup of vanilla sugar and 1 cup of cream. A nice change from making lemon tarts one of my usual desserts this time of year in Australia.
