Ahh - success. No sign of browning of the egg. The bottom of the omelette is the top and the edges are on the side. Looks pretty glossy in real life.

Thanks Betty and for dropping by - these are one of my staples for breakfast except if the the organic free range eggs are fresh from the markets then it's poached!
