Looks delicious, I love polenta & its something I have only started experimenting with recently, looking fwd to making my first batch this autumn/winter soon

Hi Ange, it was the first time I have ever made it soft successfully, I will have to write the post up tonight for a complete story. But suffice to say I am plotting and planning when I will be having my next bowl!
